Prisca Lwangili is the Human Resource and Administration expert currently working as a Director of Administration and Human Resources Management at Benjamin Mkapa Hospital under Ministry of Health. She also serves as a Board Member for the State Mining Corporation (STAMICO) and Tanzania Fisheries Corporation (TAFICO).

She has over 18 years of experience in human capital management, preparation of HR manuals, human resources information systems, administration, governance decision making, mentorship and leadership obtained through working with the Government of Tanzania in different ventures such as Ilala Municipal Council; Ministry of Health; Presidents Office, Public Service Management; Prime Minister’s Office (Investment); Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism and Boards.

Prisca is a Certified Director with the Institute of Directors Tanzania (IoDT. 1339), also one among the Founder Members of Emerging and Senior Women Leaders in Tanzania (ESWLT). She is also a member of the African Association for Public Administration and Management (AAPAM). She holds a Bachelors Degree of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration (UDSM); Msc in Human Resources Management (Mzumbe) and Certificate in Leadership with Uongozi Institute and AALTO University.
