CPA(T). Nuru Mbekenga Abdallahmed is a seasoned public financial management expert with over 30 years of experience in government finance, fiscal policy, and institutional governance.

He has extensive expertise in financial oversight, public sector accountability, and policy implementation, with a strong focus on strengthening fiscal systems.

He currently serves as Chief Accountant at the Ministry of Finance, where he plays a central role in national financial management and policy execution. His career includes senior leadership roles across key public institutions, including the Ministry of Health, Radio Tanzania, the Attorney General’s Office, and the Law Reform Commission.

CPA(T).  Abdallahmed has served on multiple boards and committees, including STAMICO, Moshi Co operative University, and ministerial tender boards, contributing to governance, audit, and financial oversight functions.

He holds an MBA from ESAMI and is an Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) accredited by the NBAA.

He brings to the Board strong financial leadership, governance expertise, and a commitment to transparency and effective public sector management.
