He is an expert in leadership and management, taxation as well as financial management with more than 20 years of experience having worked in different institutions including, the Mining Commission of Tanzania, Tanzania Minerals Audit Agency (TMAA), Tanzania Revenue Authority and CRDB Bank Limited.
