Ms. Felista Steven Lelo is a legal expert specializing in finance, investment, and natural resources law, with over 12 years of professional experience.

She has strong expertise in investment law, international treaties, contract negotiation, and public procurement, with significant experience in both advisory and litigation roles.

Ms. Lelo currently serves as Assistant Director at the Office of the Attorney General of Tanzania and as Special Assistant to the Attorney General on corporate, investment, and international matters. She has played a key role in negotiating bilateral investment treaties, public private partnerships, and major extractive industry agreements.

She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Taxation from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Mzumbe University, along with specialized training in investment law and international agreements.

She serves as Vice Chairperson of the National Arts Council of Tanzania and sits on the boards of TISEZA and other national institutions.

Ms. Lelo brings to the Board strong legal expertise, negotiation experience, and strategic insight in investment and regulatory frameworks.
